The Nexus Series
Series Overview
Concept:
The Nexus series will consist of 10 masks made from random objects. Each mask will become increasingly complex with each iteration until the final mask in the series is completed.
Throughout the development process, certain attributes will be carried forward while others are phased out. These attributes include the prominent "X" and "Y" structural design in the wood, the evolution of facial expressions, and the transformation of materials, to name a few. While cultural influences are subtly present, they serve as an inspirational remnant rather than a core element of the concept.
Development:
Each Nexus mask undergoes a metamorphosis, emerging as a unique form distinguished by the increasing complexity of each subsequent piece.

"Nexus V" is currently in development. Most of the components have been sourced.
